Shipping Update



We are doing our best to continue to serve customers as the COVID-19 pandemic turns life upside down around the world. Our core team is all working remotely now, but we’re continuing to help customers, answer questions, and work on new products.  You can always reach us at with any question.

Our warehouse is in Alameda county CA, which has been under a “shelter in place” order for non-essential business for a couple of weeks now.  They have been able to continue operations, although there are periodic delays.  Most orders are still shipped within 24 hours but there have been delays as long as 4 days.  If you are concerned about an order, contact us.

Many customers order our products from Amazon. For most delivery locations, Amazon is still shipping quickly. But, some customers have reported delays of 5 days or more from Amazon.  There is not much we can do about that, but if you run into that situation we would appreciate hearing about it.
